These terms govern your use of the game Block4Me! (the “Game”) offered by Ravidone Games (“we”). By downloading or using the Game you accept these terms. The Turkish version is the original; this is its translation.
1. The Game
Block4Me! is a free block puzzle played on an 8×8 board. The whole Game can be played offline and without an account. There are no in-app purchases; the Game is supported by an ad space shown at the top of the screen from your second session on and, in Classic, by short rewarded videos that play only when you choose to watch one.
2. Age
The Game is for players aged 13 and over. Joining the world ranking requires being 16 or older.
3. World ranking and nickname
- Joining the ranking is optional and based on your explicit consent. You can leave at any time and delete your server data.
- Your nickname must be 3–16 characters of letters, digits and underscores. Nicknames that harass, insult or mislead others, impersonate someone or break the law are not allowed. Such nicknames may be rejected automatically, hidden after player reports, or changed by us.
- You can change your nickname once every 7 days.
- Your ranking account is tied to your device and is not moved by a progress transfer. If you uninstall the app or reset the data on your device, this device can no longer reach the account; it is deleted automatically after 12 months.
4. Fair play
The ranking is played under the same rules for everyone. It is forbidden to modify the Game or the data sent to the server, to have a program make your moves, to exploit flaws in the Game, to use someone else’s account, or to flood the server with requests. Every ranked game is verified by replaying it on the server. We may withhold or delete scores that cannot be verified or look suspicious, and remove accounts that break these terms from the ranking.
5. Ads
Ads are shown by Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads; tapping an ad may take you to third-party sites or apps, whose own terms apply. How ad data is processed is described in the Privacy Notice.
6. Intellectual property and licence
The Game’s name, logo, design, code and content belong to us. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Game on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, selling, modifying or reverse engineering the Game is forbidden except where the law allows it. Open source software used in the Game is subject to its own licences (Open source licences).
If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies; Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the Game.
7. Availability
We may change the Game and the ranking to improve them, and update the weekly leagues or the ranking rules. Online features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, faults or our service providers; we may end the ranking service after announcing it in advance. Your progress on your device is not affected.
8. Liability
The Game is offered free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that the Game will run without interruptions or errors, and we are not liable for indirect damage. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and your rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the mandatory consumer rules of your country, remain unaffected.
9. Termination
You can end these terms at any time by uninstalling the Game. You can close your ranking account with Settings > Privacy > Leave the ranking and delete my data. If you seriously break these terms, we may close your access to the ranking.
10. Changes
When we change these terms we update their version and date, and announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the new terms. The current text: https://block4me.ravidone.com/legal/en/terms.html
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. As a consumer you keep the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and the consumer court of your place of residence, and the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
